Exchange and Return policy

Exchange Eligibility & Timeframes

Exchanges are only accepted for significant size issues. Customer must request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving the product. Once approved , the product must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving it.

Requirements for Processing

  • Proof of Issue: A trial image showing the size issue is required to process the exchange.
  • Product Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags intact.

Options & Logistics

  • Replacement Options: You may choose to exchange for the same product (subject to availability) or select a different item of similar value.Courier Responsibility: Buyers must arrange their own courier for returning the item to the brand.

Return Policy & Requirements

Returns are only permitted if the original item was shipped defective or damaged. A complete unboxing video is strictly required to process any return request.

To be considered valid, the video must:

  • Explicitly display the package seal being torn/broken in front of the camera.
  • Be continuous and untampered.

Note: Failure to meet these specific criteria will render the unboxing video invalid. In such cases, a processed return will not be granted under any circumstances.

Policy Enforcement: Strict adherence to this policy is essential for initiating any return process.

Defect Policy

Because the products are factory surplus, the following minor issues are considered normal and will not be treated as defects:

  • Loose threads
  • Slight marks
  • Thread pulls
  • Tags cutΒ 

Reporting Significant Damage

For any major defect or damage, you must report it within 24 hours of receiving the product. You are required to provide clear images of:

  • The specific defective/damaged area.
  • The outer courier pouch.
  • The original packaging and protective sleeve.

Resolution Process

  • Pickup: if the claim is approved, the brand will arrange a pickup for the faulty item.
  • Replacement: A replacement will be sent only if the same product is available.
  • Store Credit: If the item is out of stock, store credit will be issued instead of a replacement.
